How do I pay?
It’s easy! If you are a member of the gym where I am a resident trainer just pay at the front desk (Cash, debit or credit card). If you are a guest at the gym, or we train together at an alternate facility, regular session fees will apply as well as any applicable drop in or guest fees (cash or cheque only). For session rates please contact me directly.
Are you certified? What are your qualifications?
I am a Can Fit-Pro certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. I also have a BA from the University of Western Ontario as well as various certificates and continuing education courses from such organizations as Twist Conditioning, C.O.R.E Resist-a-ball, and Fight Directors Canada.
I hate the weight room – what can I do?
Just tell me! I may try and convince you otherwise, but we can also chat about taking your workout outside or my “Fighting Fit” classes!
Where do I have to go?
The majority of the time I work out of a great gym in the Commercial Drive area (Spartacus Athletic Club). However, if you have a home gym or other ideal setting contact me and we can chat! – I’m flexible and can customize your training needs.
